Emergencies In case of an emergency during surgery hours please telephone the surgery on 0118 9595200 and give the details clearly to the receptionist emphasising that it is an emergency.
Out of surgery hours please telephone 111. Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines and mobiles.
Appointments Appointments can be made to see a Doctor on the same day you request an appointment or in advance and can be made in person, telephone or more easily online.
Cancelling your Appointment If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment.
Important changes to how we handle your personal data We are required to supply your personal and confidential medical information to the Health and Social Care Information Centre HSCIC). This information will be taken from the practice in a form that can identify you. The practice has NO choice but to allow the HSCIC to extract this information. However, individual patients can instruct the practice to stop the transfer of their data. For more information on the reasons for this data extract and how to opt out of sending your confidential information ask the receptionist for a leaflet.

Emis access gives you the opportunity to book/cancel appointments, order repeat prescriptions, leave/receive messages and view your medical record on line.

8.30am - 8.00pm
9.00am – 12.00pm-alternate weeks, pre-booked appointments only

In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call 111 to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.
Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
