Making An Appointment
Appointments can be usually made to see a Doctor on the same day you request an appointment if there is a clinical need and can be made in person or on the telephone.
You should receive a text message confirming your appointment. Please ensure we have you correct mobile number.
If you want to see a specific Doctor you may have to wait until they are next in surgery.
If you do not want to be seen on the same day appointments can be pre- booked, in advance, for the first hour of every week day morning surgery or the last two appointments of the day. Remember to cancel your appointment if you cannot make it.
Appointments can be made to see the Nurses by booking in advance.
If you require an interpreter for your appointment please let reception know at the time of booking your appointment.
We also provide a service that gives patients internet access to the practice to book, cancel or check appointments, change address details, order repeat prescriptions, leave messages on the web.
Make sure you have details of the number of appointment slots required when booking to see the Nurse (under the tab Nurses Appointments On Line above). To use this facility please ask one of our Receptionists for a registration form.
