Child Health Surveillance Clinics
These are held regularly. Your health visitor will advise you of the exact times

Travel Clinic
By appointment with the practice nurse. Please remember to book at least 6 weeks in advance of travel date to have appropriate counselling, time for vaccine courses etc if needed.

Minor Surgery
These are booked individually with the doctor.

Implant fitting and removals
These are booked individually with the doctor after appropriate counselling by the doctors and need longer appointments and prescription to be collected ahead of time to bring to surgery in anticipation of fitting. Currently coil removals are done at practice and coil fittings need a referral to an alternative centre. 

High Blood Pressure
By appointment with the practice nurse 

Menopause Clinic
By appointment with the practice nurse

Antenatal / Postnatal Clinics doc baby
Postnatals are booked individually with the doctor around 6 weeks for half an hour for mother and baby together  

Antenatals are booked with the Midwife (Tuesdays from 11.00am - 5.30pm)

Family Planning Clinic
By appointment with the practice nurse for continuation of pill checks and depo injections. Please remember to see the doctor if you want to start a new pill or swap to a new method of contraception.

Stop smoking                                                                                                  

By appointment with the practice nurse or with the smoking cessation advisor at the Reading walk-in centre (Broad St mall).


Non NHS Requirements  

For Insurance Medicals, passport applications, medicals for driving licence and travel inoculations please contact the receptionists. Private fees apply. Private patients are welcome.
